Ingredients: Osmanthus, Pear, Peach gum, Crystal sugar, Red Date
1. Soak the Peach gum overnight
2. put all ingredient into pot and add 4 bowl of water and cook until it boil. (one serving for one bowl and accordingly)
3. Turn to small heat and cook for 30mins more
4. Put crystal sugar in 5mins before finish cooking.

1. 桃胶先隔夜浸泡，挑走杂质
2. 将所有材料加四碗水煮滚。
3. 转小火，继续煮30分钟。
4. 完成前5分钟再加入冰糖。
