ingredients: lily. red bean, red date, lotus seeds, crystal sugar
Benefits: to improve sleeping quality and to nourish blood

1. Put lily. red bean, red date, lotus seeds into clean water and soak for two hours
2. Put all ingredients into the pot when the water has boilded
3. Turn to small heat and continue to cook for 2 hours and then cook for another 2 hours with big heat.
4. Cook until more than 50% of water has gone and put crystal sugar into the pot.

材料:百合、红豆、莲子、红枣
功效:安神益气,补血养颜

1. 将百合、红豆、莲子(莲子去芯)洗净,再用清水泡2小时。
2. 锅中倒水烧开,将红豆、莲子、百合放入锅中。
3. 煮开后改用小火煲2小时,然后用大火再煲30分钟。
4. 煲至红豆起沙但还有适量水分时,加入冰糖调味。
