Ingredients: Polygonum, Rehmannia, Wolfberry, Cuscuta, Angelica,
Benefits: To nourish and support hair growth, to blacken hair.
1. Wash all ingredients with clean water (excepts wolfberry)
2. Put all ingredients into the pot and cook until it's boil.
3. High heat for 10mins and turn to low heat and continue to cook for 40mins more
4. Add wolfberry 5 mins before it's done.
Note: Can be used to cook with black bone chicken to increase its efficient.
材料：何首乌、熟地、当归、枸杞、菟丝子
功效：乌发, 补血，养颜
1.将所有材料洗干净 (除了枸杞)
2.全部材料放入锅内,
3. 大火烧开10分钟后转小火煲40分钟。
4. 完成前5分钟将枸杞放入即可。
备注：可用来熬乌鸡汤，效果会更好
