Ingredients: White Fungus, Lily. longan, lotus seed, red date, barley, winter melon sticks, crystal sugar
Preparation:
1. Soak the white fungus for 20mins.
2. Soak barley for 10 mins
3. Wash the Longan and lotus seeds with clean water
Making:
1. Put white fungus into pot and cook until it's boil.
2. Put all ingredients into the pot (excepts winter melon sticks, crystal sugar).
3. Cook until it's boil and put in winter melon sticks, crystal sugar and cook for 15mins.
4. Turn off the fire and cover the pot.
5. Stew for 1 hour and enjoy your sweet soup
材料:银耳,龙眼干,红枣,莲子,百合,薏米,冬瓜条 ,冰糖
1。银耳泡水20分钟,待发起来后,用手撕成小块状。
2。薏米泡水一会,龙眼干清洗干净沥干。
3。莲子清洗干净,待用
做法:
1。内锅加入清水开电源,把银耳加入。
2。之后跟着加入其它的材料,除了冬瓜条和冰糖。
3。把水煮滚后10分钟,加入冬瓜条和适量的冰糖煮溶,依个人喜爱的甜度试味。
4。熄火,把内锅取出,放入保温套锅里,焖上1个小时之后即可享用。
温馨小提醒:
* 薏米不要放太多,不然煮好的糖水会比较浓稠一些。
* 没冰糖也可以放白糖,个人喜欢。
* 材料依个人喜欢而加入,可增可减。
*煮好后的甜汤也可放入冰箱冷冻,一样好喝哦。
