Ingredients: Korean Ginseng Slice, Lily, Longan, Wolfberry, Polygonatum, Lotus Root, Red Date, himematsutake mushroom

- Clean all ingredients, excepts wolfberry.
- Poach the meat with boil water for few minutes and filter the water.
- Add all ingredients into the pot when the water has boiled. (except wolfberry)
- Stew with low heat for 30mins, and add wolfberry 5mins before turning off the fire.
- Add salt and cooking oil and cook for another 30mis

配料: 人参片,百合,粉莲,桂圆,姬松茸,枸杞,玉竹,红枣
- 将所有材料洗净除了枸杞。其它材料都用清水泡洗干净。
- 水煮滚了把药材都放进去(除了枸杞)。
- 放了药材后,再把已烫过水的肉也放进去,中火煮10分钟,然后再小火焖20-30分钟。
- 最后要关火前5分钟,才放枸杞,然后再加盐和头抽,煮一个5分钟,就搞定了
