Ingredients: Peach gum, Snow Lotus, Crystal sugar, Dried Longan, Wolfberry
1. Soak the Peach gum overnight
2. Put all ingredients into pot and add 4 bowl of water and cook until it boil. (one serving for one bowl and accordingly)
3. Turn to small heat and cook for 30mins more
4. Put crystal sugar in 5mins before finish cooking.
*fresh milk can be added and crystal sugar can be replaced with brown sugar to increase the flavoring

材料：桃胶，雪莲子，冰糖，桂圆，枸杞
1. 桃胶先隔夜浸泡，挑走杂质
2. 将所有材料加四碗水煮滚。
3. 转小火，继续煮30分钟。
4. 完成前5分钟再加入冰糖。
*可加入鲜奶及可用黑糖取代冰糖以增加风味。
