Ingredients: Angelica Sinensis, Rehmannia, Szechuan Lovage Rhizome, White Peony, Codonopsis, Astragalus, Red Date
Benefits: To nourish Blood and its circulation
1. Add all ingredients (add few slices gingers if possible) into pot when the water has boiled.
2. Turn to low heat and cook for at least 40mis.
3. If prepare for 4 servings, add 6 bowls water (200cc each), cook until it remains 4 bowls of water respectively.

速配养生火锅料:鸡肉、猪肉、牛肉、羊肉等其他火锅料。
不速配的火锅料:鱼肉等海鲜。
