Ingredients: Ophiopogon, Chuan bei, Lily, Wolfberry, Pear, Crystal Sugar
Benefits: Relieve Cough and Eliminate phlegm

1. Soak lily for 4 hours.
2. Soak Ophiopogon until it's soft
3. Add lily and Ophiopogon into water and turn on the fire. Cook until the water is boil.
4. Add pear into the pot and cook for 20mins
5. Lastly, add wolfberry and crystal sugar and cook for 5 mins more.

材料:麦冬,川贝,百合,枸杞,雪花梨,冰糖
功效:止咳化痰

1.将百合干清洗浸泡,直至彻底柔软,需要泡水3-4小时。
2.将麦冬清洗浸泡,直至柔软。
3..下锅开始煮,先把百合,麦冬,川贝粉倒进入冷水内,开火,煮到水烧开。
4. 接着放入梨肉。再煮15-20分钟。
5. 最后,关火前,放入枸杞和冰糖,煮1-2分钟
