Ingredients: Chinese Yam, Red Date, Longan, crystal sugar
Benefits: to nourish blood quality and improving sleeping quality

1. Put Chinese Yam and red date into the pot when the water has boiled
2. Cook for 30mins with small heat.
3. Put longan into the pot and continue to cook for 20mins
4. Put crystal sugar in 5mins before finish cooking.

材料: 山药,红枣,桂圆,冰糖
功效: 暖胃、补益、养心、安神

1. 山药和红枣一起下锅,加清水750毫升左右,大火烧开转小火煮30分钟
2. 加入桂圆煮约20分钟
3. 加入冰糖搅拌融化就可以喝了。
