Ingredients: Juncus, Ophiopogon, Peer, , Fig, Lily, Sea Coconut, Dried Date, Polygonatum, Wolfberry
Benefits: Cooling body and to improve sleeping quality

1. Wash all ingredients with clean water (excepts dried date and wolfberry)
2. Put all ingredients into the pot and cook until it's boil.
3. High heat for 10mins and turn to low heat and continue to cook for 40mins more
4. Add wolfberry 5 mins before it's done.

材料:灯芯草,麦冬,梨干,百合,无花果,海底椰,蜜枣, 玉竹, 枸杞子
功效:清心降火,安神安眠

1.将所有材料洗干净 (除了蜜枣及枸杞)
2.全部材料放入锅内,
3. 大火烧开10分钟后转小火煲40分钟。
4. 完成前5分钟将枸杞放入即可。
