Ingredients: Astragalus, Angelica, Szechuan Lovage Rhizome, Wolfberry, Red Date
Benefits: To nourish blood and qi

1. Add all ingredients (add few slices gingers if possible) into pot when the water has boiled.
2. Turn to low heat and cook for at least 40mis.
3. If prepare for 4 servings, add 6 bowls water (200cc each), cook until it remains 4 bowls of water respectively.

功效:养血益气,补虚保健。
适合对象:虚羸少气,倦怠乏力,头晕心悸,冬天手脚容易冰冷者。
不适合对象:感冒发烧或发炎性疾病者。
材料:黄耆,当归,川芎,枸杞,红枣5粒)
水量:以6碗水(1碗约220cc)用小火熬煮至剩4碗,去药渣当作火锅之汤底用。(约30~40钟)
吃秘诀:可用清鸡汤罐头1罐(约400cc)替代2碗水熬煮,增加汤底的甜味。
速配养生火锅料:鱼肉、鱼头、鳗鱼、鲜虾等海鲜及其它火锅料。
不速配的火锅料:不新鲜或腥味重之海鲜。
